On July 6, 2021, Fujian Xumulian received the ISO9001:2015 certification issued by SGS. The scope of this certification includes: the production of feed additive potassium dicarboxylate, the production of feed additive liquid glycerol fatty acid ester (tributyrin), and the production of mixed feed additive glycerol fatty acid ester (tributyrin). The successful certification of the quality management system indicates that Xumu Link has reached a new milestone in the production quality management system of potassium dicarboxylate and tributyrin.
Fujian Xumulian is the core production base of Xumulian. Since the completion and operation of the potassium diformate and tributyl glyceride project in September 2019, we have experienced the successful expansion and operation of the second production line of potassium diformate in October 2020. The reform of the quality management system, through the united efforts of all employees, through more than a year of continuous learning and practice of advanced quality management system requirements, finally obtained the authoritative certification of SGS.
This year is the second year of feed resistance, as a feed alternative to the mainstream product potassium dicarboxylate has been highly recognized by the market and customers. Fujian Xumulian independent research and development of the "annual output of 25,000 tons of potassium dicarboxylate project" created China's first large-scale independent production of potassium dicarboxylate. The potassium dicarboxylate produced by Xu Mu Lian truly realizes the characteristics of no stimulation, no odor, good dispersion and low moisture absorption. We comprehensively surpass imported brands in terms of product quality and key features.
At the same time, we continue to optimize the production capacity of tributyrin to cope with the growing market demand. In July 2021, we started the construction of the second production line of tributyrin, which will increase the production capacity of liquid pure tributyrin to 15,000 tons/year, and will provide more high-quality tributyrin products for China's animal husbandry.
